I approached ML Customs back in 2023 to manufacture a custom Yanagiba sushi knife and a utility knife for my son's 21st Birthday, 18July 2042. (he's 5years old now). From the start, he exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship is absolutely exceptional — from the perfectly balanced blades to the stunning turquoise resin handles with a brass insert, personalised with my son’s name.

What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. He went the extra mile by creating a beautifully crafted custom case, complete with internal felt lining and precision docking for the knives. He even matched the case with turquoise resin accents to complement the handles.
